About the Lecturer:

Li Zhiyi, a senior engineer, served as the former director of the Third Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, general manager and party secretary of the China Railway Third Bureau Group Corporation, the executive deputy commander of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Construction Headquarters, and the general manager of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Company, former director and Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Railway Corporation and the National Railway Group Engineering Management Center, and the senior manager and chief engineering management expert of the Sichuan-Tibet Office of the National Railway Group. He is currently a director of Sichuan-Tibet Railway Co., Ltd. and China Railway Design Group Co., Ltd., an executive director of China Railway Society, enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, a professional leader of China Railway Group, and a senior engineer.

About the Lecture:

This lecture Reviews the achievements in the construction and operation of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail. By taking the organization of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail project as an example, according to the characteristics and construction goals of the project, this lecture summarizes and refines the work experience of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail guiding construction organization design and preparation and construction organization dynamic management, and systematically explaines the engineering technology innovation breakthrough achieved by the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail as a representative of China's high-speed rail technology innovation.
